Update problems

I dont like the fact that all the app shortcuts are now at the bottom of the screen. It used to be only the ones that you purchased were. Now my son will keep on going to the App Store and getting frustrated. One of the horse videos has interlacing issues . Across all 3 apps I own, responsiveness is now not as good. Some icons only play the videos after pushing it more than once e.g snakes
